Direct Inward Dialing
Centrex 2000 gives you Direct Inward Dialing (DID), which allows your regular customers to call their account representative directly. No need for all these calls to go through the attendant. Fewer busy signals. More satisfied customers.
Customers Can't Get through
Customers are constantly complaining that they cannot get through to your business. The line is always busy. Eventually, they take their business elsewhere.
Quick Call Processing

Can't Transfer
A customer calls your downtown office asking for Mr. Jones, who is at the branch office. The attendant gives the phone number of the branch office to the customer, who then must dial the number.
MultiLocation Linking
